At Simple Energy Renewals Limited, We are committed to improve our service which we provide to our customers and in case of any issue arise with regards of our service that you have received, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue on priority basis.
If you are not satisfied from our service, please contact us to raise your complaint with all the relevant details.
A member of our staff will get back to you within 5 working days confirming your complaint has been received and we endeavour to give you a final response within one week from the date we have received your complaint however it may take up to 2 weeks in case if we need further clarification.
If we do not hear from you within 5 working days from the date you will receive our response, we will assume that you are satisfied with the outcome and we will close your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can request us to review it further but it is highly unlikely that our final response will be changed.
In case of further review, you can expect to receive our response within one week.
